AIDS 2026 childcare services
AIDS 2026 will offer a pre-booked childcare service for registered delegates’ children (10 weeks to 12 years) during the conference.
Children will be cared for by certified and experienced caregivers and can enjoy a calm, age-appropriate programme focused on play and creative activities in a safe, child-friendly room at the conference venue.
Availability is very limited this year. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once confirmed by email.
How to book childcare services
- Email childcare@aids2026.org as soon as possible to request a childcare slot (please include the child’s age and the day(s)/time(s) needed).
- The team will confirm availability and share the required forms and instructions by email.
- Please wait for booking confirmation by email before planning to use the childcare services.
