Tips for the best AIDS 2024 virtual experience Use a different browser: If you are experiencing loading issues, try using a different browser. We recommend that both Windows and Mac users use the most recent version of Google Chrome or Firefox. Refresh your screen: During the conference, if you see a blank, white screen or just a blank screen when trying to view a session, then hit the “Refresh” button, located in the top-left of your browser. If this does not work, we recommend that you clear your browser’s cache. This guide will walk you through the process. Zoom out: For the best virtual experience, please ensure that you zoom out on your web browser to see the full screen. |
