Transfers to and from AIDS 2026

Transfers are available between the conference venue and the official conference hotels (when not within walking distance of the conference venue).

Vehicles are clearly marked with the corresponding route and AIDS 2026 logo.

The pick-up point at the conference venue is located in the parking area.

How to access the transfers

This service is free of charge for all registered delegates. To use the conference transfers, you must show your delegate badge. If you have not picked up your conference badge, show your AIDS 2026 registration confirmation.

Important note

A bus coordinator at each hotel will facilitate boarding.

Delegates who completed the AIDS 2026 delegate transport survey will be considered for priority boarding.

Remaining seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity is reached, we will not be able to accommodate everyone.

Please be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the departure to check in with the bus coordinator. Buses will leave at exactly the scheduled departure time below to avoid any delays due to traffic conditions.
