HIVR4P 2027, the 6th HIV Research for Prevention Conference, will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, and virtually from 10 to 12 July 2027. It will immediately precede IAS 2027, the 14th IAS Conference on HIV Science, which runs from 12 to 15 July.
The HIV Research for Prevention Conference is the only global scientific conference focused exclusively on the challenging and fast-growing field of biomedical HIV prevention research. HIVR4P 2027 will bring together the scientific community to explore the latest in the prevention science pipeline, including vaccines, bNAbs and delivery technology.
This will take place across four thematic areas: factors influencing HIV transmission and prevention; means of HIV prevention; correlates of protection and vaccine development; and crossover topics, such as preclinical studies, STIs and mpox.
