What inspires you to work in the HIV field?

The health and overall well-being of children and adolescents inspire me to do the research that I do.

What are your goals as an IAS change maker?

I envision a future where the most vulnerable adolescents across central, eastern, southern and western Africa have equitable access to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information, services and support. Through my commitment to evidence-based research, innovative interventions and policy advocacy, I aspire to become a leader in this critical field, driving meaningful change and improving the lives of many people. As an early-career researcher, I have already had the privilege of informing important programmatic and policy strategies that aim to reduce HIV prevalence among adolescent girls and young women.
