What inspires you to work in the HIV field?

My motivation to work in HIV field is that I wish, through my research activities, to find immune correlates of HIV-1 protection against HIV-1 acquisition and transmission. This, combined with ART and HIV care across the continuum, will help achieve the 2030 goal of ending the HIV pandemic.

What are your goals as an IAS change maker?

I intend to help in achieving the 2030 goal of ending the HIV pandemic (100-100-100), which can only be achieved through collaborative efforts by everyone playing part in achieving this goal, either via advocacy or search for a cure or a preventive vaccine.
