Maurine Murenga is a passionate advocate for the health, development and human rights of women and girls. With a background in programme management and community development, she is a pioneer of the movement for young women and adolescent girls living with HIV in Kenya and a fierce advocate for ending paediatric HIV. Maurine is currently the Executive Director of the Lean on Me Foundation and the Coordinator of TB Women Global. She is a board member of Unitaid, an IAS mentor and a faculty member of the IAS Advocacy-for-Cure Academy.
