IAS Digest: IAS programme-led events and activities at AIDS 2026

Preparations are well underway for AIDS 2026, the 26th International AIDS Conference, taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and virtually from 26 to 31 July 2026.
This edition of the IAS Digest brings together everything you need to know about what IAS programmes have in store at AIDS 2026. Join us across a range of sessions and events to see how our work is shaping the HIV response, from the latest scientific advances to advocacy that drives real-world change.
We encourage you to connect with our programmes at these sessions and make the most of every opportunity to engage with the global response to HIV, whether you are joining us in person or virtually.
Amid a severe funding crisis and threats to HIV services, the world’s largest conference on HIV and AIDS will unite people living with HIV, researchers, policy makers, healthcare professionals, funders, media and communities.
