IAS Governing Council

The Governing Council is the executive body of the IAS. It approves the annual budget and presents financial and other information to the General Members' Meeting at each International AIDS Conference and each IAS Conference on HIV Science. Furthermore, the Governing Council has all the functions which are not attributed to another organ of the IAS. Read more about the bylaws
