This website is owned, managed and published by IAS. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By becoming an IAS member you agree to the following terms and conditions:
IAS members have access to the Members' Area on the IAS website. Through the Members' Area the Members get information on IAS activities, they may search for and contact other Members, discuss certain topics in bulletin board systems. The information and services provided to the Members are referred to below as the “IAS Services”.
These terms and conditions regulate the IAS Services and the activities in the Members' Area of the IAS website.
2. Registration form and personal data
By completing and submitting the registration form on this website and paying the membership dues, a person becomes a member and will as such be able to access IAS Services. In the registration form Member provides IAS with certain data, such as name and contact details (“Personal Data”).
By completing and submitting the registration form the Member gives IAS his/her consent to collect and use using the Personal Data. IAS will use the data for the purpose of providing members with IAS services. Personal Data that is marked as “Public Profile” will be visible to other members. Only IAS can access other personal data. IAS may transfer Personal Data to IAS’ collaborating partners, for the purpose of providing the Members with information on the activities of such collaborating partner. Both members and collaborating partners may be situated in countries outside the EEC.
The Member may at any time contact IAS on the address given on the website and withdraw the consent to use the Personal Data as described above or ask for correction or deletion of Personal Data. Once a year the Member may, after having submitted a written request to IAS, be provided with information of what data is registered with IAS and how IAS has used such information.
3. Use of the website
The member may only use the IAS Services provided on the website for personal non-commercial purposes.
The Member agrees to abide by all applicable national and international laws and regulations and is solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur through the Member’s use of the IAS Services.
Member agree not to use the site or the IAS Services in connection with, for example:
- spamming or any other forms of duplicative or unsolicited messages;
- to collect personal data about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
- to create a false identity or forged email address or header, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message;
- to post or transmit inappropriate content, for example articles, comments, remarks and images which is, in IAS’ sole and absolute discretion, obscene, abusive, unlawful, racial, defamatory or harassing.
- to post or transmit content which infringes upon the intellectual property rights (copyright etc.) of others or which restricts or inhibits other members from using the IAS Services;
- to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the IAS Services, other member accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the service.
4. IAS’s rights and obligations
If a member should use the IAS Services in violation of these terms and conditions, IAS may at any time and without prior notice delete inappropriate content or suspend a Member, temporarily or permanently.
IAS shall be entitled to discontinue to provide the IAS Services at any time and without prior notice.
IAS shall have no obligation to maintain any content in any member account or to forward this content to any third party.
IAS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
5. Content on the IAS website
5.1 Member Content
If not otherwise agreed, the Member gives IAS a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide licence allowing IAS to use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any information provided by Member in connection with the use of this website, e.g.articles or comments posted to this web site. Members warrant that all information submitted by the Member to this site does not violate the rights of any third party.
IAS shall have the right, but not the obligation towards the Members, to review any information posted on this site and to, without prior notice, edit, delete or remove any information, comments etc. that IAS deems inappropriate or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
Content provided by members is made available to all other Members.
5.2 IAS Content
All information on the site, such as texts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
