Lessons learned:
Definition of mission and purpose of the program of civic and community prevention de VHI/SIDA, for the municipality of Santa Tecla for the period 2006 - 2009.
Mission: To achieve, for the citizens and civic, a healthy municipality through the creation of a center and a community network of prevention and education that potential and promote the prevention and education has more than enough VHI/SIDA, to look for the amplification of the covering and quality from the services to the population, contributing to a better quality of all the inhabitants life.
Developing activities, impelling programs and strengthening the infrastructure in favor of the maintenance and conservation of the health of the municipality, with the participation of women and young, in the development of a community net of health in prevention and education in VHI/SIDA through the impulse of educational activities, opportunities of training and actions that promote the community prevention in health.
Purpose: To contribute to the development of the sustainable and sustainable local health in the technical, economic and social, generating conditions and opportunities for the creation of the CENTER AND THE COMMUNITY NET OF PREVENTION AND EDUCATION IN VHI/SIDA, the promote, to fortify and development of the Civic and Community Net in the Basic System of Health.
Through the municipal administration, the organization and the participation of those and the citizens, to look for agreements and strategic alliances in health with other municipalities and the agreement in health with diverse agents and the municipality publics actors or private, in the search and consents of political, strategic lines, you program, projects, immediate actions and solutions to the high-priority strategic necessities of health of the municipality.
